Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at Marnee Horesh, Copywriter.

COPYWRITING SERVICES: NO REFUNDS

Once you have agreed to a job and purchased copywriting services, you cannot get a refund for any payments already made. However, if you have paid for a job that has NOT been started, you may request a refund. This is at the discrepancy of the writer, as a lot of work goes into a job before the writing begins. SUBSCRIPTION OR RETAINER SERVICES: NO REFUNDS / CANCEL AT ANY TIME

Once your subscription starts, you cannot get a refund for any payments already made. However, if you no longer wish to subscribe, you may cancel at any time, no questions asked. You will have access to your subscription and all that it entitles you to until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cannot locate a cancelation link on your receipt, please email hello@marneehoresh.com for assistance in cancelations.

COACHING PROGRAMS: NO REFUNDS

Full payment of any coaching program is required to launch program. There are no refunds or cancellations once payment has been made and work has begun. In some cases, you may be eligible for partial refunds.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: NO REFUNDS WITH ONE EXCEPTION

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they are downloaded, we do not allow refunds on digital products with the exception of STORY SELLING EMAILS. You may request a refund at hello@marneehoresh.com. Once a refund is submitted, you will lose access to any additional products you received with your purchase.
